Sultan Mahmud (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"), and provided as an ad-supported service on an “AS IS” basis. By installing or using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
The Application automatically collects certain information necessary for core functionality, analytics, advertising, AI processing, and improving user experience. Collected information may include:
- Device identifiers such as Advertising ID, Android ID, or similar non-permanent identifiers
- Your device's IP address, operating system version, device model, app version, and diagnostic data (e.g., crash reports)
- Usage data such as features accessed, screens viewed, session duration, timestamps, and error logs
- Local preferences and settings (e.g., UI options, language choice, AI mode), stored only on your device
The Application does not collect precise location data unless a future feature explicitly requires it with clear user consent. There is no mandatory signup or login; the Service Provider does not link usage data or chat content to any user identity on backend servers. No personal identifiers (name, email address, or phone number) are collected or transmitted without explicit notice.
AI Chatbot Functionality
The Application provides AI chatbot functionality as a core feature. Your text inputs (prompts) and minimal contextual metadata (e.g., selected mode or template) are transmitted to a third-party AI service provider for processing. The Application may store a limited recent chat history locally on your device; you can clear this history at any time. This local data is never sent to the Service Provider’s servers. By using AI features, you consent to the transmission of your inputs under the AI provider’s privacy policy.
Third-Party Access
The Application integrates with third-party services that may collect and use user data according to their own privacy policies:

Data Deletion & User Rights
No personal user data is stored on Service Provider servers. Chat history and preferences reside only on your device and can be deleted via the Application. For data held by third parties (e.g., AI providers, ad networks), follow their published procedures:
- AI Providers: See the provider’s privacy policy for managing or deleting data they hold.
- Advertising ID: Reset or delete via Android settings: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete or Reset Advertising ID.
- Platform Account Data: Manage related settings via the relevant platform (e.g., Google Account ad preferences).

Opt-Out Rights
You may stop data collection by uninstalling the Application. To opt out of ad personalization, reset your Advertising ID or adjust device ad settings. To stop AI processing, avoid using chatbot features or uninstall the Application.
Data Retention Policy
The Application does not store personal data on Service Provider servers. Locally stored chat history is retained only on your device and removed when you clear it or uninstall the Application. For data processed by third-party services, refer to their data retention policies.
Children
The Application is not directed at children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided data, contact us at contact.mappmobile@gmail.com so we can delete such data promptly.
Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect data in transit and at rest on the device. Communications with third-party endpoints occur over HTTPS or equivalent secure channels. Once data is transmitted to third parties, their security practices apply.
International Users
If you access the Application from other regions, your data may be processed on servers in various locations (e.g., AI provider servers). By using the Application, you consent to such transfers in compliance with applicable laws.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when features change, legal requirements evolve, or third-party practices update. Significant changes affecting data collection or sharing will be clearly indicated. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review periodically.
